When I started Oxford & Beaumont in April 2006, I could not have anticipated that we would grow so quickly in such an unprecedented manner to become the force we have become in the Ghanaian legal industry.

Secondly, by our ability to attract a diverse team of highly talented and exceptionally driven people who have bought into a common vision. These two factors, together with our distinctive and collaborative culture, have enabled us build a pre-eminent Ghanaian law firm with deep expertise across a number of practice areas and industry sectors.
