Associate Director, Strategy & Business Development
Thelma joined Oxford & Beaumont right out of university in 2006 as a research assistant. She has served in various roles including Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and is currently the Strategy & Business Development Manager.
Her primary responsibility is assisting partners and practice area heads to develop and execute annual goals in line with the firm's vision. In addition, she coordinates relationships between Oxford & Beaumont and preferred law firms in other jurisdictions and works with the international strategy team to ensure seamless provision of client service everywhere in the world. She also manages the Oxford & Beaumont brand.
Thelma attended Wesley Girls' High School and has a double major in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Ghana where she graduated with First Class Honours. She enjoys charity work and served for three years as the Executive Secretary of the Akua Kuenyehia Foundation.
