
Kelvin is a Chartered Accountant with several years’ experience in accounting, audit & assurance and tax advisory services. Prior to joining Oxford & Beaumont, he was head of finance and operations at RDFC Oil & Gas Limited, a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers – Ghana, and an Audit Senior at Badiko & Associates.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA - UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana (ICA-G). He is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Practitioners (GARP) and Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRIMIA).
Kelvin was part of the team that advised on the tax component of Vodafone’s $900M acquisition of Government of Ghana’s 70% stake in Ghana Telecommunications Company. He also advised on the tax component of the take-over of Metropolitan & Allied Bank by UT Holdings and the restructuring of Enterprise Insurance Company into a holding company.
Kelvin was the Country-Overall Best ACCA Student (June 2007) in Ghana and loves to read in his spare time. He serves on the boards of AquaTerra Solutions (West Africa) Limited, an oil and gas services company and Savannah Financial Services, a non-banking financial institution.
