We provide opinion on tax matters and assist clients with the interpretation of Ghanaian tax laws. We also provide opinion on the tax treatment of transactions entered into or being negotiated by our clients. As part of this service, we can assist clients in writing to the various revenue agencies to seek opinions (non-binding interpretation of the law) and private rulings (binding interpretation of the law, for a specific entity) from the commissioners, on contentious tax issues affecting our clients’ businesses.
