A recruitment committee led by our recruitment Partner, David A. Asiedu, leads our recruitment process. After receiving your CV and cover letter, our team will make a decision whether or not we would like to meet with you. If we do not have a specific vacancy but believe you might be a right fit, we will hold your details on file until we have a suitable vacancy. We will require you to have between two to four interviews and to take a written or oral test. Our interviews will emphasise 'fit' and the written or oral test will test competence. We will also look at your CV for evidence of proven success.
We encourage you to treat the recruitment process as a two-way process. We expect you to ask questions of us to determine whether or not we are the right firm for you. In fact, asking no questions will count against you.
