Our experience in project finance includes advising Société Générale (SG) in connection with the $197 million loan to the Government of Ghana to finance the expansion of the Abaodze power plant. We also advised SG on the $44 million loan guaranteed by Exim Bank to the Government of Ghana for the procurement of fire fighting equipment for the Ghana National Fire Service. 

We advised African Development Bank in connection with the $240 million loan facility to be provided by African Development Bank and other commercial lenders to the Main One Cable Project to finance the construction of submarine cables along the African coastline to Portugal. We also advised MONIZ DA MAIA SERRA & FORTUNATO, EMPREITEIROS SA (MSF) on a wide range of matters relating to the construction of the Kumasi-Techiman Road. In addition, we advised a multilateral agency on a $900 million facility to finance the upgrade and expansion of the mobile, data and broadband networks of a leading telecommunications company.
