Paa Kwesi is a finance lawyer. He specialises in energy & infrastructure, taxation, banking & finance and corporate & commercial matters.
He was part of the team which advised an international bank on a facility to be granted to the Government of Ghana to purchase petroleum interests in Ghana's Jubilee Fields. He also advised African Development Bank on the financing of the construction of an international submarine cable between Africa and Europe; and advised a global beverage production giant on outsourcing the management of their warehouses and supply of empties to their bottling plant.
Paa Kwesi is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Prior to his career in law, he worked for over three years with KPMG Ghana where he participated in various audit engagements across diverse industries and sectors including banking & finance, mining, telecommunications and not-for-profit organisations.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana.
