Internships
We encourage penultimate-year university students and students from the Ghana School of Law to apply for our six-week internship programme. You will be mentored by a Senior Associate or Associate and involved in the work we do. Our internship programme will give you a good introduction to life as a corporate or litigation lawyer.

Paralegals
Our paralegals support the lawyers in all aspects of their work including carrying out due diligence, conducting searches at the various registries and supporting our company secretarial practice.
Junior Associates
We recruit newly qualified lawyers as Junior Associates. Our Junior Associates undergo three four-month rotations in each of our legal-practice Groups before deciding to join one Group.
Associates and Senior Associates
We sometimes have vacancies for experienced lawyers to join us as Associates or Senior Associates. We will require you to have a demonstrable track record for outstanding work, good technical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills and for more experienced lawyers, a client following.
International Associates
Our International Associates are lawyers qualified outside Ghana who spend varying periods of time with us from three months to two years. They bring their experience of working in other cultures to help our lawyers develop a more global perspective.
While we rely on our international preferred firms to send international associates to us, we also welcome direct applications from individuals.
