The Oxford & Beaumont Academy is our internal knowledge-delivery platform. There are four tracks: legal, business services, tax, and leadership.

The Legal Track trains our lawyers on new laws, cutting edge thinking and international best practice.

The Business Services Track is for our business services team and covers all aspects of the management of the Firm including finance, human resources, marketing and brand management, office management, client service and project management.

The Tax Track, which is open to both advisory services and business services team members, involves tax classes by a seasoned tax professional. It is our aspiration to have all our lawyers qualify as tax consultants because it is increasingly difficult to give excellent quality legal advice without an understanding of the complex tax laws.

Our leadership track is the platform for our internal "mini-MBA" which enables our team members to have a better understanding of our clients’ business and therefore provide the most relevant advice to them.

O&B Academy sessions are held on Friday afternoons. Accordingly, most of our team members may be unavailable at this time.
