Nii Sai Annan is a corporate legal Secretary and a final-level student of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He is currently a Company Secretarial Assistant within the Governance Group. In this role, he provides company secretarial support to various clients including Goldkey Properties, the Multimedia Group Limited and The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited.
Prior to Oxford & Beaumont, Nii Sai worked with the Company Secretarial wing of Pannell Kerr Forster, Lennap & Company from 2001 to 2006, as a Company Secretarial Officer.
He has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana. Nii Sai is very passionate about making a contribution to Ghana and contested the Tema East Constituency Seat as an independent candidate in the 2008 Parliamentary elections.
