• Successfully conducted a lawsuit on behalf of Glencore AG (a Swiss and American company) against Volta Aluminium Company for breach of contract for the supply and purchase of aluminium.
• Successfully negotiated and settled a lawsuit out of court on behalf Linnea SA (a Swiss company) against a local bulk exporter of medicinal seeds;
• Successfully represented United Biscuits (UK) Limited in defeating an application by Forewin Ghana Limited to place an injunction on the operations of United Biscuits in Ghana;
• Successfully represented MSF (a Portuguese company) in ensuring that a dispute with SOECO (a French company) was referred to arbitration in Switzerland, instead of litigation;
• Advised on conflict involving Tema Oil Refinery Limited and other parties in connection with discharge of crude oil in violation of the terms of the offshore mooring agreement.
• Advised on a potential arbitration claim under the offshore mooring agreement.
• Currently defending a law suit brought against The Coca Bottling Company of Ghana Limited in connection with a product liability matter.
• Currently executing judgment after a successful law suit on behalf of the United Bank for Africa (Ghana) Limited for the sum of GH¢238,380.51
• Advising United Biscuits (UK) Limited in connection with the termination of a distributorship relationship with a distributor in Ghana
• Representing The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana in several products liability, employment and immovable property matters in litigation;
• Representing the Multimedia Group Limited (owners of Joy FM and Myjoyonline) in several libel, immovable property and intellectual property matters in litigation;
• Representing Metropolitan Insurance Company Limited in several insurance matters in litigation;
• Representing So Energy Ghana Limited in several petroleum-product-supply, immovable property and dealership matters in litigation;
• Advising Beiersdorf Consumer Pty Limited on the fair termination of its local distributor and the appointment of another in its stead.
