Associate Director, Business Operations

Hilary was the first ever employee of Oxford & Beaumont. He has worked in various roles at the firm and is currently the Business Operations Manager. In this role, he takes care of the day-to-day operations of the firm and liaises with the firm's business associates to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the firm. 

Prior to joining O&B, Hilary worked with Point Blank Media Concepts (a multi-media production company) as a Marketing Executive. At PBMC, Hilary single-handedly solicited for and closed the company's first sponsorship deal with Expresso (formerly Kasapa Telecom) worth over ¢100 million in 2005.

He also worked with the Holy Trinity SPA & Health Farm as a Marketing Officer. At Holy Trinity, Hilary was responsible for client services & relationship management as well as driving the personal selling function of the health facility. He was noted for his unique customer service skills and ‘diplomacy’ in managing clients. 

Hilary graduated with First Class Honours in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA) and is currently pursuing an MBA in the same institution.
