We are a Ghanaian law firm advising on Ghanaian corporate and commercial law. However most of the work we do has an international component: Over 85% of our clients are international companies doing business in Ghana, the Ghanaian subsidiaries of international companies or Ghanaian companies who routinely do business overseas. In many of the transactions we advise on, the Ghanaian elements are only a small part of the wider whole. We therefore work with international law firms in providing our clients seamless advice across a number of jurisdictions.
