Eric started his legal career at the Civil Division of the Attorney-General’s Department and advised, among others, on contracts and other transactions between the Government of Ghana and local as well as international entities. In addition, he briefly worked with a law firm in Accra and advised on a number of issues relating to labour, corporate formation and immigration whilst there.
Since joining Oxford & Beaumont, he has advised Ghanaian companies, multinationals and foreign missions on a wide range of issues including foreign investment in Ghana, labour/employment, immigration, company formation, corporate governance and various contracts and agreements.
Eric has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
