We act for a number of players across the entire value chain in oil & gas and have been active in advising on structuring, financing and managing projects in this sector. We also advise on power and natural resources. In infrastructure, we have experience in advising on hotel developments, condominiums, office blocks, road construction, healthcare facilities and oil and gas pipelines.

In particular, we have advised Tema Osonor Plant Limited in respect of a $97 million independent power purchase agreement entered into with the Government of Ghana for the supply of 126MW of power. We are retained counsel for Chase Petroleum Ghana Limited and have advised them on many transactions including their application for a wholesale oil marketing licence (the first of its kind ever to be issued in Ghana) from The National Petroleum Authority. We also advise Trafigura Beheer BV and its subsidiaries in connection with matters arising from the day to day operation and management of the $50 million single buoy mooring and conventional buoy mooring facilities at the Port of Tema.

We advised Primrose Properties on the development and sale of Primrose Place, an exclusive development of luxury apartments, penthouses and town houses. We also advised Ghana Heights Limited in respect of financial arrangements for the construction of its flagship multi-storey office complex, the Adjoa Adjeiwa Building, on Cantonments Road, Osu. Currently, we are advising the African Development Bank in connection with the construction of a 5-star hotel in Accra
