We draft and negotiate employment contracts on behalf of employers or top-level executive management. We advise on pension schemes, severance packages, separation agreements, redundancy programmes, disciplinary matters, trade union issues, strikes and industrial action. We also advise on immigration matters and apply for work and resident permits. We co-ordinate integration programmes, relocations and harmonisation of employment terms.

We advised the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in connection with conditions of Service for its locally-employed staff; Publicis Ghana Limited in connection with employment of expatriates and various employment and service contracts; Metropolitan Life Ghana Limited in connection with the review and amendment of its employee handbook; a construction company on the matters arising out of the termination of certain senior members of staff; Unilever on redundancy issues; and Zakhem International on its collective bargaining agreement with the Construction Workers' Union.
