Our culture, reflected in the way we provide advice, sets us apart from every other law firm in Ghana. Unusual for a young law firm, ours is a very distinct and defined meritocratic culture which we are all proud of and guard jealously. Our culture is driven by our determination to build a world-class law firm in Ghana, favourably comparable to the best anywhere in the world.
Although the team itself is diverse, each of us shares a passion for excellence. We put our people first in all things, and our culture celebrates and rewards technical and commercial nous, entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity and interpersonal skills. We work hard and play almost as hard. Each of our team members has strong opinions and we are all free-thinkers. We have therefore been able to build a culture where everyone has a voice in what goes on within the firm. We love what we do and look forward to coming to work each day. We all share offices and forge close professional friendships with one another and with our clients.
The Oxford & Beaumont Climate Survey is an online questionnaire that team members fill anonymously twice a year. Team members answer questions that touch on all aspects of the firm's culture and the way we work. Based on the results of the survey the leadership of the firm may make changes to the Firm and how it is run. Consistently our team members give us positive feedback about working at Oxford & Beaumont. While they acknowledge that the work can be stressful, 100% of our team members say overall, they are satisfied with working at Oxford & Beaumont and would recommend to others to join the team.
