depth & breadth

We encourage our lawyers to specialise early so as to develop expertise in a limited number of areas. However, before settling into a particular Group, we ask our lawyers to rotate between each of the three legal-practice Groups - Corporate & Commercial, Finance & Projects, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution - to get a feel of all their practice areas. Lawyers with an interest in tax may also have a stint with our Tax Services Group but this is not compulsory.

In addition, because our lawyers work with team members from outside their core group, we balance a breadth and depth of knowledge which ensures that our lawyers remain well-rounded and well-grounded in areas of our practice generally.
