Our corporate finance practice covers debt and equity capital markets, regulatory capital, financial services, investment funds, securitisation and private equity. We help clients to structure and form investment funds which invest in investee companies in a wide variety of industries. 

Our corporate finance experience includes advising Tullow Oil on a $2 billion facility to assist the exploration of offshore oil blocks; advising a Chinese energy company in respect of its failed bid to acquire offshore petroleum interests in Ghana from Kosmos Energy; advising a Nigerian company in connection with a $7 million equity investment in a Ghanaian company; and acting as retained counsel for Venture Capital Trust Fund and advising on its day-to-day operations.
