We advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business issues that result from their day-to-day operations. We serve as general counsel for corporations and advise them on all aspects of their corporate life - from incorporation through all aspects of their evolution and operation including corporate restructuring and insolvencies.

We act as counsel for The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited and advise on all aspects of its business including employment and labour issues, appointment of directors to its board, and lease renewal for its manufacturing plant. We advised Google Ireland Limited on setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary - Google Ghana Limited - in Ghana and continue to advise them on their operations.

We advised Y Miquel Costas & Miquel, S.A on the termination of a Distribution Agreement between it and one of its distributors and on dealing with the counterfeiting of its products in Ghana; Unilever Ghana Limited in connection with a number of sponsorship agreements it has with corporate and non-corporate entities; Multimedia Group Limited on various business agreements with third parties; American Tower Corporation on the setting up of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ghana; CoreNett Limited in connection with the establishment of its electronic payments infrastructure; Black Star Line Company Limited in connection with the establishment of an electronic payments system and a webmall; and MTN Ghana Limited in respect of third party agreements and privacy law and regulatory matters.

We are currently advising an international pharmaceutical company on requirements for registering its products with Ghana's Food & Drugs Board. We also routinely assist companies with regulatory requirements for registering with the Ghana Investment Promotion Council and National Communications Authority.
