In anonymous surveys, we ask our clients to rank each team member who worked on a transaction and to compare us to other law firms they have used. Typically this includes the top international law firms. We share the results with the entire team, and the feedback is also considered in our team appraisals and promotion decisions. This ensures that our team is particularly responsive to client needs and accountable for ensuring consistent, quality output.
