
Aima has assisted in advising local and international clients on issues ranging from labour to finance. She was part of the team that carried out an extensive due diligence exercise for a major multinational corporation in its bid to acquire stakes in strategically located properties in Ghana.
Prior to joining Oxford and Beaumont she worked with legal establishments such as Acquah-Sampson & Associates and Africa Legal Aid (AFLA) respectively. At Africa Legal Aid, she was actively involved in two major international conferences organized by AFLA in collaboration with the International Criminal Court (ICC), the International Criminal Tribunal Rwanda (ICTR) and members of the Judiciary of the Republic of Ghana amongst many other local and international legal institutions. She was responsible for the compilation of extensive conference reports covering these conferences.
Aima attended Achimota School. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Political Science, and Geography & Resource Development Studies from the University of Ghana. She also read her LLB at the University of Ghana and earned her BL from the Ghana School of Law.
